Our experienced staff have a thorough understanding of the needs of the play and leisure industry, servicing and parts required. We are able to supply the requirements of local authorities, visitor attractions through to the local parks department.

We are confident that you will be pleased with your purchase, but in the event that you are not satisfied simply give us written confirmation of your intentions, and then return the item to us for an exchange or a full refund (please note that unless the goods are faulty, or we have delivered incorrect goods, you will be liable for the cost of returning them).

When returning goods, please remember to include a copy of your receipt, and details of your name, address and contact number. You will be responsible for any returned goods until they reach us. Please make sure that you get proof of postage and that the method of delivery requires a signature. In the event of a lost package we will not be able to accept responsibility unless a signature can be supplied. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
